About reports.

In some of my recent games, some players seems to be reporting others just because they won the game. My entire allied team, was reported because we won a game of ARAM. The game itself is fun and whatnot, but the stats screen is not fun to read. "Warning: blah blah blah I don't quite remember. " I understand how the tribunal system works, and how I will not be punished, but this just keeps on happening as I play on pretty much the same elo and with pretty much the same ten people fighting eachother for the few matches I've played. In my opinion, reporting people on purpose without them breaking any rules should be punishable if done too many times. Please feel free to discuss below.
