Can people not understand Macro play?

Like why would you not have Teleport against a Riven with Teleport. She can make plays bot that you can't answer. Why would you feed her 6 kills in the first 5 minutes, and then get mad at me in the bot lane when she comes and is able to dive and take both turrets? More importantly, why did you not rotate and answer her split push? Why do junglers believe that a cloud drake is so much fucking more important than a turret or two? My goodness like it's so simple. Why the hell do people not understand these concepts?
