Someone drophacking people

I am currently playing on PBE and here is what happened. In champ select someone called "KingOfGaySex" instalocked kat and didnt say anything in the chat. Support and mid were left so i went Azir mid and she said "srry mid taken mate" and i replied "well you didnt call anything so that means that you are willing to fill" she kinda got mad and i ignored her. Game started and i cant connect with out getting a bug splat. I never happened to me before and I think she is doing this on purpose. I hope a Riot employe sees this and acts.
