Riven Build and Masteries 5.22

Alright all, So I'm planning on buying Riven. (Yay, great lead in.) I'm wondering what masteries you all run and what your preferred builds/build orders are? Runes as well, but those are less important. Any explanations of why you build what you build would be amazing. Thanks for helping a noob, BridgeKeep

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqRnt2MKzX4 Riven is in a great place atm, Check out this video. Masteries are 12/18/0. He has a video somewhere that you can see his build. But this build gets you roughly 43% cdr in 10-15 minutes. Play safe and smart, should be fine.
