Champion pathing

Anyone having trouble with Pathing on the map? like you click somewhere but your champ goes all the way around? or you click a minion but your champion walks to it instead of AA? this has happened to me many times the last 2 days.. want to know if this is a problem or my eyesight needs fixing.
