Hi! So an hour ago me and my team got reported after a match we won with enemy teams 3 inhibitors down. My report was "Harassment: Verbal Abuse" while i didn't comminicate in all chat nor directly communicated with another team member (except strategic calls for baron, dragon). I only used champion command (taunt, dance, laugh) to lure enemy members to initiate a fight for strategic purpuses. I even start every game with a greeeting in champion select "Hi team, ..." so I'm puzzled upon being reported :S Questions: Does a report have any future consequences (If it is before revealed to be falsely sent)? (like matchmaking, gifting restriction like we had mystery skin gifted in December) Is there a quick way to sort out helpful and non helpful reports that are mentioned in the following topic : https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752884-Reporting-a-Player

I would suggest making a support ticket. The boards are more for discussing topics, rather than getting issues like this resolved, so Riot typically wants you to make a ticket so they can look at the matter in a more private environment.

There is currently an automated system handling chat issues so it will occasionally wrongly punish people due to false reports. That said if you are legitimately innocent you have nothing to worry about. Even if you do get wrongly punished Riot will fix things for you.

Reports mean nothing by themselves. Enough reports gets your account reviewed, then punishments are handed out. Know that a report here and there means nothing to you. Also, if you don't do anything wrong, you won't get punished. Even if you get enough reports for it to be reviewed, when Riot looks at your chat logs, they'll see nothing wrong, and you'll avoid punishment. Don't get hung up on a couple false reports.
