Client Needs Rotating Categories

I know that Riot spends a lot of time developing video and content. There's not a button that I can press to see other quick things within the content. Rotating categories only seems rational to increase exposure of merch, skins, champions etc. I'm thinking an option no more than 10 rotating categories based in the image I provided.

These spots have a potential for rotating categories that the player can select and see more. That way I can see he patch notes video, watch the /all chat, some LoL eSports videos, browse the Merch's featured, etc.
