Client Will Not Open

So ive tried everything on the launcher for LoL (started pretty recently) and it will not work, it opens the badge, updates then disappears but it shows that LoL patcher is running in processes, it does not load up the client to click play or lauch it just disappears, ive tried updating adobe air, deleting files, running as admin, compatability mode, and checking disable high dpi scaling. I'd appreciate some feedback on this subject cause league is unplayable.

Specs: Windows 10 Pro x64 Intel i5-4460 MSi r9 380 4gb MSi z97 Gaming-5 8gb Patriot(1866mhz) Ram 120gb SSD (League is here) 1Tb HDD 725watt PS

As far as i can tell ever other game works Steam, Battle.net, etc. But league won't even get to the point to where its playable. HELP!summoner 3 summoner 4

you dont want it to open trust me. insane laggs. just played an aram to check if the laggs from 6.1 are still there. 2 ppl on my team dc'ed, i had ping over 4k all game long and enemys had 1 afk and 2 with also intense laggs.
