connection error! cannot connect to pvp.net server! please help!

this happened just the other day, when i went to log onto league, i opened it, clicked launch, everything fine, put in username and password, and click enter. my username and password are correct, and it says logging in for a long time, then says "cannot connect to pvp.net server". There is then a link on how to fix it, and i have done everything it suggests to do, but nothing works. i have tried everything. and its not my firewall, i checked that. i have run it as administrator, didnt do anything. please help!!!! Even everything on youtube hasnt fixed it. please someone help me!!!!!!
