Suggestion: Rearrange Rune Page and Mastery Page by dragging instead of recreating every page

So my original post was in [Boards Feedback] and got deleted, received a kind notification that I was in the wrong board so I'm re-posting it here!!

I'm one of those summoners who like to change my runes and mastery points and ended up having some AP on the first page, some in the middle and some on the last page. Which makes me think a lot / search around before choosing a page in champion select. But I'm also too lazy to delete every page and just to rearrange all AP for the first 3 page, then support next 3 pages and so on.
So I would like Riot to maybe implement the rearranging the pages by dragging instead of recreating them from scratch, which saves a lot of time and make it a lot neater hurdur.
I mean Riot had successfully implement the rearrangement of champion in the tab menu in-game. Which I really liked it. Or even our own custom item menu which we can create for each champion and arrange our item according to our likes. It is something related to this.
Hope this gets an up-vote and Riot can see this and make it happen. :)

The amount of times I have deleted 20 rune pages because one of the AP ones that I created after I did them all was out of place and just bothered me to no end.
