Weird thing happened in game

So I just played a game as Cho, and a couple times where I clicked for an ability or placing a ward wasn't where said ability / ward ended up.

It happened 3 times, and I've never seen it before. I'd go to Q where an enemy was walking towards and the actual animation would appear in a completely random spot.

I also placed a pink ward, or tried to, in a bush, and it ended up like 5 teemo's away from the bush haha.

Anyone else experienced this? Is it my mouse?
