Ward Skins and Icon pricing.

I'm generally writing this to put out my displeasure with how the ward skins and Icons are being priced. I understand the need for Riot to make money, I really do and I have spent over a thousand dollars on this game over the years showing my support for it. However I now have over 100k IP and nothing to spend it on. We were told that more would come out for us to spend our IP on and with the introduction of new icons and ward skins a lot of us believed this would be our dump.

But now ward skins cost more then some champion skin and some of the better icons are coming out priced with only RP. Lets be honest, this just isn't right. Ward skins should be priced at what the icons are with a IP option and icons should be much lower on RP if at all with a IP option. I really enjoy the earned icons and the wards are awesome. However the value is not there to justify spending 5$ on just a ward. Yes I know that's an opinion and people are paying the price but that doesn't make it right.

I would be ok with the pricing if it had a IP option or was much lower. I don't mind paying for what I believe has the value, and ill use the captain as an example. I love that skin but refuse to buy it because I believe it was intended to be her update but got put in as a way to make extra money. Yes that's Riots choice but I felt it was a bad move on the customer care side so I just wont buy it. That's my issue and I have nothing against people that buy it but its the same thing for ward skins and icons to me. I hope Riot gives more IP options soon and ward skins are perfect place in my opinion.
