Go with the Naga. Orochi afaik is wireless, wireless always increases latency by some amount+^_^+ I myself use a Razer Abyssus after using a wireless logitech and I've noticed a huge improvement to my gameplay. At least til patch 4.20 which killed league for my toaster.

Naga. I have the 2012 version and it is all you could possibly need for a game like League. 12 binding buttons(all pretty easy to get to), easy scrolling, and comfortable ergonomic grip for long sessions of play.
