After my last game.

Yeah I am just wanted to vent, don't worry I reported all involved.

Our jungler started complain that they, as elise weren't getting any kills

Aren't you like a tank? and she saids I am no bronze elise, I am no tank I mean you can function without much gold

Then they would whine about how she got us ahead in lane but we didn't win the lanes We are wining the game, stop tilting we just have to work out how to stop losing towers. If you don't tilt, we will win this. You could be an inspirational speaker Ali No I am just a silver support main that is sick of always having my team tilt.

Everyfight that didn't go exactly as planned, elise would start whining and having a go at members of the team. Well done Wu and Ali now we are 3 v5. Well done Elise going in 1 v 5, Concentrate on you own game instead of critising everyone. Surrender vote fails 3/2 This game is still even don't surrender Oh good lets afk No no no please don't But everyone took all my kills and lost thier lanes We are still winning the game They didn't afk.

The game is snowballing into our favour by this point Wu and Elise are fed we pick them off and push into thier base repeatedly winning each teamfight. We eventually get an ace and take nexus towers but we can't quite finish the game because Kha ziks manages to kill elise whille we attack the nexus Why did you headbut them away from my cacoon you trash silver alistar oh no your teammates are holding you back cry cry I was just trying to keep you alive and I never said that I said my teammates are always tilting like you are right now, we wining shh

Then elise starts having a go at our sivir You are 3/13 you suck sivir. I was concentrating so I didn't see all of the conversation I type, perhaps someone was taking all thier kills then.. Sivir starts intentionally feeding D: Elise doesn't deserve to win What the f**K are you doing Sivir get back. NO no no don't do this we are about to win the game. Do it for your loyal support let me please have a win Mute and win, Mute and win

Then.. sivir went in to feed again but we went with her she drew the enemy team towards us and we pounced winning the teamfight 4 v 5 Then pushing through to win the game Kha was trying to defend and this time he was unsucessful

I mean I still won, not as bad as someone intentionally feeding just as you are about to win to lose a game. I am lucky they mostly went after me, because i could handle it but I never want to play this game ever again.

In the after game chat the elise tried to pretend he was with me all along. I just told them i hated them.. then they told me how bad I was... with my S rank for the game.

As a fellow support main I can only leave you with two pieces of advice:

  1. /mute all is your friend, especially if your ADC dies bot early. You are more than likely to get some sort of blame, especially of the passive aggressive sort.

  2. Do not play play-making based supports in solo queue at low elos, while you do have the potential to have a large impact on the game, you are relying on randoms too much to expect to climb easily.

I understand your sentiment, I do, but chat is NOT necessary to win games and you can ask a lot of high elo players and they'll give you the same answer. Chat is essentially just there to tilt you, ESPECIALLY in silver/bronze elo where almost no one has a good enough grasp on macro game to be typing anything useful.

Your teammates WILL do stupid things, and sometimes all you can do is do your best to keep them alive, it's the role and there's not much complaining you can do if that's the role you are choosing to play.

I need to be able to communicate with my teammates, I have no intention to muting them all. The problem this game wasn't even them against me it was them against my other teammates and trying to tilt thier own team. I can handle it, during the game... just sends me crazy after the game so I have to type it out like this.

That sounds like the opponsite of the normal advice about trying to carry a game at low ranks. I can't win a game with a passive support if my ADC is bad. Also I don't want to first pick, say nami my main (although apperently it is Ali now) because I'll get countered or my team will have no tanks or something. Also my ADC wouldn't say what they were playing and the enemy team first Picked Jhin and I wanted to engage on Jhin with Ali. I have no intention of not just picking the support for my team comp, adc and enemy team comp. I play 80% of supports I will play 80% of all supports.

I never expect anything of my teammates.. beyond not deliberately trying to sabotage my teams chances of winning... they screw up mechanically, make a bad call, get caught, all part of the game. Try to tilt your whole team or get effected by that and AFK/intentionally feed that is unforgivable. Why are you making my life so hard?

Well the chat advice holds true, you can argue whatever you want, but there are no shortage of high elo players that will tell you to mute your team at low elos. Don't kid yourself thinking they are listening to anything you are trying to tell them because most of them are not.

As for "passive supports", it's not about that. It's about winning your lane at your elo. You're not going to see crazy macro rotation play and more often than not if you win your lane you'll tilt the enemy botlane. Also, if they can't kill your monkeys, then you can't lose.

If you want to climb, and this is the SAME thing most high elo players will tell you, your comp DOES NOT matter in low elo. In fact most pro players and high elo players will tell you to main a SINGLE champ, get really good at that champ, and you'll climb faster than you would ever had playing a large range of champs.

Personally, I CAN play every single support. I don't though, especially in lower elos. I have two accounts in Platinum this season, mostly queuing solo in the dynamic system. How did I get to plat on two separate accounts? I played 1-3 champs in the support role and I muted my teams.
