Should i buy twitch or Karthus? PB^)

So i love the ADC role and twitch is super fun when i played him, not the greatest with him but fun, but so is Karthus. Any thoughts on who i should get, and if you could leave there spot in the meta at the moment that would be great thanks :D of course your own thoughts are appreciated

Most of the 3150s are uniquely strong, but don't really fit the meta as of now- Gragas, Twitch, Karthus, Olaf just for example. Personally I kinda suck at both, so I shouldn't give advice on that, but neither are "meta" picks right now.
