Music Scores

So, I know this is fairly unusual as far as foum concepts go, but I'm kinda a music geek. I wanted to write a flute with piano accompaniment for Tidecaller, yet I don't have access to a score to work off of. So what I was thinking was, why aren't the scores public, or at least available for purchase? It'd allow for a lot more musical creativity and fan contributions in that regard, and allow for people like me who can't draw but are musically able to contrubute fan made projects. I feel like music scores for the game being able to be obtained by the fan base or public could be a great addition to the community. Discuss?
