West server . Trollers/Bronzes/AFK dont even read

I bet i get many bad votes from main west players but whatewa . I remember west somehow was better than east and everyone was saying that and actually you could notice it by yourself , just play the game , but now... All players , not like i'm saying from imagination , but really all players are kiddo , say something they instantly write in all chat : report "that or that" for flaming , negative attitude , verbal abuse . Saw many games when even opponent intentionally feeds or trolls to provocate , so his teammates flame him , but who get's the ban ? Ofcourse its the flamer , thought he is trying to win game . And there is one FUCK1NG THING . YOU can mute flamers , i don't even fuck1ng understand why riot make it , if nobody use it ? There should be no bans for FLAME / Negative attitude or anything else , you can just MUTE someone you don't like . But you can't mute Feeder/AFK/Troller . So use damn logic . Sorry for bad English .
