Petition to make Champions and Cosmetics giftable through the Hextech Crafting process.

So let's say you want to gift your friend something nice.

You get your chest, a key and you open it. Oh look! Battlecast Cho'Gath...except you already have it...or you're just nice.

So you decide to gift it to a friend of yours who DOESN'T have it because if they did then it wouldn't work.

You upgrade it into a permanent skin first and you are free to give it away to anyone who doesn't have it.
