Leaver-buster
I mean... I think its really annoying having to wait 20 minutes if you leave a game. Ex: I live in Florida and it storms a ton. The power goes out constantly and I leave, then leaver-buster gets me. Please make it 10 minutes again! >_<

You know what is causing the leaves. If you frequently disconnect during storms then you need to not queue up during storms.
So when you waste a combined total of at least 3 hours of others time (9 other people at atleast 20 min) that you shouldnt have to have 20 min of your time wasted? What selfish sacks of crap you afkers are.
true 20 min to find a game is a lot they have to lower it like 50%
i wish RIOT would lok in to this im thinking about quiting to game
