@Riot, if it remains possible to get champs/skins from champs that I already own...

Can you start giving me RP/IP equal to what I paid? The Crafting system is a big enough joke as it is. At the very least take away champions that we already own instead of giving a us the proverbial middle finger by wasting the Chest + Key Fragments that we spend literally weeks earning only to give us a skin/champ shard that is completely and utterly worthless.
