Could we have a Q&A about reasoning?

In the past while people have made some posts about reds not being engaged or giving enough clarity, All the time we see people complain X champion is OP as heck plz nerf them so bad rito we renamed olafing a champ into X

Alittle while ago in a tips on champions thread I asked a question about ability comboing and a red responded which really helped me see why it was the way it was.

I feel like it would be nice if we were able to ask questions as to why a certain champions mana costs are in such a way, or why 2 abilities are able to combo but pair isnt (Ex vi cant Q right after her ult but lee sin can Q and ult at the same time), or why a certain champion hasnt been buffed in a while (we might not realize it but the kit might be overpowered and by buffing them it would be a huge swing in stats)

It wouldnt be a thread to complain but to ask why to help improve clarity, I feel like it would help the community understand rito's decision making, why they make certain champions the way they are, and maybe bridge the widening feelings between riot and the players that some people seek. It wouldnt be a thread to complain about specific champions

I might be ignorant in this, I know it might (and probably will) produce a crap storm in the case of some champions, but it would be nice if we could just get some interaction that actually gave answers instead of bickering or complaining. Maybe I didnt explain myself very clearly but I hope you get the point im trying to make
