it says im at 999 norm wins.

My friend recently told me about the "play your thousandth win with a rioter" thing but i had to post it on the boards and i wanted to know if its still true, so if it is, are there any rioters that would be willing to play my 1000th win with? (note i just noticed it said 999 wins when i was about to go into que if im too late, will you still?) (literally not playing until i get a reply lets hope its soon)
