Riot's AFK ban system

Dear Riot, I'm sick and tired of getting AFK bans for no absolute reason. I was just playing a game as diana, and then it started to say attempting to reconnect at the top of my screen. I waited for a minute, and nothing happened. So I restarted the game to login, then I had problems logging in for like a whole 20 min ( I was already like 2 min in game). Then the server finnaly decides to let me login in, and to my surprise I am given a 5 game AFK ban for simply nothing. By the way, I have ethernet connection, and there was no way that it was my fault that I lagged. Even if you do have network issues I'm pretty sure riot doesnt give you a ban or a warning if you lagged out of game. All in all, I just want to say that riot needs to improve thier whole freaking AFK ban system because I'm sick and tired of the banning me because thier servers f*ed up.
