Sated Devourer

Probably been brought up before, but this needs a nerf, idc if you have cc, idc if you item counter, the fact that this item makes you have double your on hit items, is stupid, its like fighting 2 vaynes, or 2 yis, or 2 kayles, or 2 shyvanas, can it be stopped? of course. But it won't without the Sated being able to 1v2, 1v3 people. I just got out a game where a Sated Kayle went 1v3 against, Devourer Shyvana, Darius and Braum. Killed all of us before dying to a lucky Ezreal ult. But thats just it, The FACT that its possible to do that, because of just 1 ITEM, is broken to me, I don't even know how this got through PBE or why people think its a healthy addition to gameplay.
