How long does it take for the boostees and boosters to be banned?

So October 18th I reported multiple players with clear signs of being boosted[I also know these people, and actually know thats what happened, a simple IP check would show riot that 1 second a player was in oklahoma, the next he was in california] and 1 player that i suspected but dont have actually proof/evidence.

Im actually getting frustrated that all the players with gold borders that they dont deserve are still strutting around with no consequences. Exactly how long does it take for riot to act on these people?
