Foreigners in games?

Has anyone else found it kind of annoying playing ranked games with foreigners? Tbh I don't mind but making plays and communication is so god awful.

I've seen guys from korea yelling "KOREAN META KOREAN META." following with some korean characters and locks in thresh jungle which ended the game 7/34 (our kills/their kills). Ok given he's a troll, I would call for ganks from another guy from france and none would follow? pings not a universal language anymore? He never actually ganked the whole game and our bot lane didn't care anymore since it was basically a 4v5 until 20 minutes after him yelling something in french stating a reason to go AFK since he left for 10 minutes... in a ranked game.

Games like these have been 100% of my experience with foreign players and it's gotten to the point where I try to avoid ranked games with people who can't speak english >.< It's not because I'm racist it's just because that's the only way I can communicate! Along with pings but like I said people dont know sometimes...

This is really only nit picking with people who do this solo without a partner of the same language.

This could be me getting bad luck with the RGN gods of match making but how do you guys feel?
