Base model Chromas should be unlocked through Champion Mastery

Yeah, I know. I just want to throw out my two cents. Riot stated that Chromas might eventually be linked to the Champion Mastery system that they are working on at a later date. This is fine and dandy but I think that if a Chroma pack is made for the base Champion Model it should be unlocked through Champion Mastery and bought with IP.

Every champion should get a Chroma for their base model. "Every champion get a recolor?! Do you know how long it would take to recolor every champion?!" Yeah, about a standard work week. Even if it is just one Chroma per model instead of the three pack. This Chroma can only be obtained by reaching top Champion Mastery and then dropping 5K IP (pulling number out of thin air) on it. I truly feel that charging RP for a simple recolor of the basic champion model is not the right way to go. Charging RP so that you can customize the color of your favorite skin is completely fair though (I would love a Pink Warmonger Sion (Seriously, get to work on that)).

I understand that the Chroma Packs are fairly cheap for three but I can only see people spending RP to further change a skin they already spent RP on. I will probably buy my fair share of Chroma packs for skins but spending RP to recolor a basic champion model just feels really off for me.
