Can Achievements Be Added to the Game?

Right now I sometimes struggle to find a drive to play the game. Sure, there's elo but that ain't gonna cut it. At some point using strategies that everyone uses or maining one specific champion simply gets boring and feels unrewarding aswell. In TF2 for example I always had fun hunting for achievemnts to reach my goals of being a good sniper, with which I measured my skill with and that kept me playing, especially when showing them off to other people.

I think the same can be done with League. There would be general achivements for playing the game or keeping new players, like reaching summoner lvl 30 or getting your first Pentakill up to more harder ones like hitting every skillshot in one game, having the perfect CS or achieving several Pentakills in one game.

On the other hand there could be champion-specific achievements that will give you a drive to play them more often. I love playing Mundo or Garen for example because I can just run at people and be stupid but it can get really bland at times. When I could reach insane achievements while doing what I described above which would pop up on everyone's screen and which would be posted in all-chat, something like "Schwarzenswagger reached this and that achievement" combined with all kinds of special effects would really be satisfying and make me feel good about myself, and for me that is all what gaming is about.

For Garen it could be killing all villains in a row, for veigar oneshotting someone with your Ult, for Yasuo blocking an absurd amount of skillshots with your windwall in a specific amount of time and so on. There would be several milestones for each and every champion and once some korean demigod has reached all of them, there will be added more and more of them. You would literally have a standpoint to call yourself a good Ezreal or a good Zed and, depending on who has reached them all, we could determine who might be the best Zed or Ezreal player in the world.

Would love to see what you guys think and I'd especially appreciate a Rioter's respond even though that might be unlikely. We could also collect examples for those achievements, I think there are a lot of hilarious possibilities.
