The Tribunal

Hello Riot, and Riot Community, I would just like to have a conversation about the tribunal system, and wondering when it will be up. Today I met a summoner that I believe, and other people on my team believed, deserved to be banned. We all sent reports about that player, and as I went to the tribunal hoping to receive his case, it was still closed.

If anything I come here to ask for Riot Lyte to smite this player himself, but that might be a wish too far to reach.
