store not working

i just want to know why the store isnt working, does anyone know when itll be fixed? i click on the store and it just shows a black page and never loads....i go to my champ pool under my profile and click to unlock a new champ and it says unavailable....please tell me why or when itll be fixed...been like this for like a week
