Alpha Client: Account not working for login?

Hey League community, I signed up for the new Alpha Client a while ago and I just now got an email to try it out and I have it downloaded and everything but when I put my username and password in, it doesn't work. And then I realized that I applied to the Alpha Client with my account that got perma banned. Is there any way that I can transfer the Alpha Client to my new account? My old account's name was "T 0 X 1 K S A LT" and my new one is named "Aim Fusion". I would really appreciate the help, thank you.
