AQDA: Accidental Queue Dodgers Anonymous
Welcome to the first gathering of AQDA. Please introduce yourself and tell your story, this is a judgement free zone:
Hi, I'm slifty, and I lost 30 minutes to accidental queue dodges last Thursday.
The new queue system is great... But there is a serious problem that I have to assume affects not just me and my friends: it is ridiculously easy to accidentally queue dodge.
There are so many timed moments when you need to select something -- and so many steps to selecting. It seems to me that:

You should not NEED to click "lock in"... once a selection has been made (if the timer hits zero, so long as something is selected, you auto lock on that). This includes champions you have pre-picked that are still available when it is your turn to make a final choice.

There should be DISTINCT music / noticeable sounds... the ENTIRE time you are actively required to pick. I am a child of the internet, I multitask at all times. On more than one occasion the ONLY time I know it is my turn to act is during the final count down heartbeats. Give me those the whole time.

League should claim focus... when it is your turn to act. If I'm browsing reddit and I need to ban, bring me to league immediately.

Allow us to set default choices for my ban... this is not LCS, we always have the same three ban preferences regardless of team comps. Let us default to them (plus have the auto-lock on time expiry).
Honestly, 50% of the time I hit queue I face someone accidentally dodging; many times more than once in a row. My friend and I were trying to play the other day and he accidentally dodged twice. We gave up and decided to play Miitomo.
I might be an idiot. My friend might be an idiot. The people who are in my games and accidentally dodge might be an idiot. But RITO PLZ.
