Refer a Friend Questions

So I found 2 more friends to recruit to Leaugue now that I am actually looking for people since 5 is reachable for me even if it is difficult, and I was wondering if I can refer them now and how. Before I used a link, but I am not sure if the links works at the moment, or where I can find that link since it is being updated.
