Is there any elo matching limitations?

an example would be,can a bronze be matched with diamond or something. I have only done like 5 ranked matches as I HATE doing ranked/premades with strangers as A:toxic in general. don't even say mute as the pings are a thing,and I would have to mute EVERY ping B:if I am in a strangers premade I'm expected to do something. examples would be is I go 2/3/42 as or get a 2v5 penta as ,or actually catch my axes in a mobile teamfight as (I am not a good draven.)I am expected to do something and I don't like being seen as capable then suck. but that's not the point,the real point is I was playing (again,dont even do ranked, not even in bronze) and I was matched with a diamond player doing support of all things...they won hard in lane. you would think I would still get matched with people in unranked to silver i guess
