Dealing with Trolls

So, How are you dealing with these online trolls because everyday/game there is someone in the lobby just there to cause problems and make the game not enjoyable to play. Types of trolls: 1) I mention my main champ in selection and he bans it (like Soraka, not even a main ban). 2) afk- all types. 3) feeders/quitters. I can go on...

Suggestion HAVE ONE OR TWO OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME AND FIND THESE PEOPLE RATHER THAN WAIT FOR US TO REPORT THEM 50 TIMES. HAVE A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES ROAMING THE GAMES LIKE A POLICE FORCE JUST MONITORING EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT IMMEDIATELY ON THE SPOT.

that wouldnt solve anything. trolls wouldnt troll when they see someone with "riot" in their lobby. also, people still win games with trolls. i wonder why you cant?

Thing is, they do play the game. And they don't always have "riot" in their names either.

There's just too many games going on at once, and there is only so many rioteers.

i actually played with a rioter a week ago or so. he had riot in front of his name and everything and .....he was afk the first 10 mins of the game.

i wonder if they punish themselves
