help rio!!!

i really wanted to to buy rp for skins but its impossable to do so bcz in my country i cant buy online . i heard abut sms paying but sadly algeria cant do so. i wanted to be able to buy skins even if its impssable bcz having the money that u cant use really sucks . i tryed to get a credit card i tryed really really hard but they dident give it to me bcz here they only give credit card to the high rich ppl from other countrys so please any one who got spare rp or can efford gifting skins plz add me
