Can Riot officially make a Player Created Games Map?

Sort of like Forge World in Hal oReach where there are several maps all put together in one.

Add a massive ring for Donger Dash, plenty of bushes and short lines for sight of Hide n Seek and Find the Teemo, lanes or lane for Ultimate Bravery, support wars and protect the Soraka, A Circle Pit for Dodge Ball, and all of this put together would make a nice BRAWL map.

Also with this have a filter setting for the map allowing rules to be in play.

For Hide and Seek, prioritize which team is hiding and seeking and regulations with a Seeker death being an all round negative and players being forced to a location when out.

Brawl is pretty much Ascension redid with out the sand storm.

Protect the raka/support wars is Poro King but with reducing points with leader death some with Find the Teemo.

Danger Dash could like, HnS confine players to an area until the match/round is done.

Ultimate bravery could kill the sometimes janky website but having an ARAM system give you a random champion, a tool tip telling you your lane and only allowing you to buy your listed items the game gives you.

Personally I don't know how long this would take to get done, i'm not a design but I am a consumer who would gladly fund something like this if Riot needed some inspiration. I really want this because as of right now, alot of these custom games are broken because of trolls. Having something of a safe zone would really improve general approval of Riot.

Alot of people leave lol simply because they feel Riot doesn't care but something like this with almost no real gain but to make the game more fun for the players is always a good point to smack them across the face with.
