Ability and theme ideas for this champion?

My thoughts were she lost her arm, possibly dieing from it. But more importantly, and final-product-like, she found a world rune which is what she uses and is sort of greedy for power. I know alot of people want to build off prexisting lore, and not new stuff all the time. And we could use another champion that deals with world runes. Plus, Ryze talks about dark forces wanting to use the world runes, but we don't know any of them yet.
Gameplay wise I had an idea of her damage ramping up AFTER she summoned her axe mid fight, cleaving nearby enemies when summoned. When she doesn't wield her axe she uses her fists.
But what do you guys think, because I'm trying to brain storm ideas. Don't feel discouraged, even if your idea would be cancer or "dumb" it could easily be helpful or the next step in the right direction.
