No LP/IP for win during server shutdown

After my game I noticed that I did not receive LP/IP for a ranked win I had. I believe it's because of the server shutdown considering when my game ended I did not get a post-game stats screen and instead got a message saying PVP.net was disconnected or something like that. I also see many people saying this happened to them so I figured to make a board post!
