Can't rejoin game after disconnect

When I occasionally lag out so hard I get dc from the game, I can't rejoin so I have to restart my client but when I do that ... it doesn't fucking open it keeps crashing, only fix, computer restart. It's like league wants me to get banned, I wouldn't be surprised.
