Helping out new summoners

As we all know, the grind from level 1 to 30 is tenuous at best. New players trying to build a champ pool struggle to cope with saving enough ip for 16 champions of their choice as well as at least 2 complete rune pages. I think when new players reach Level 10, they should be given 6 free purchases where they can buy any champion that they wish to. This would give those players a chance to choose a free champion for each role (Assassin, Fighter, Mage, Marksman, Support, Tank) that they can later use in ranked so that they can use the IP that they are grinding for rune pages. This opportunity for these players will be an exciting prospect and give them something to work towards; the level that they get the 5 free purchases at.
