I feel like whenever I do relatively well, I lose but when I'm the mayor of Feederton, i win

Now I know I'm not the best player. Or even a good player, but it seems that I lose more when I do well. However, when I feed all of the kills in lane and do genuinely nothing all game, i get carried and win. What the hell is going on with me anyway?
