Further action against toxic players?

Can I take further actions against someone who was really offensive after I report them? I had a negative nunu, who flamed, after game i reported then went off the deep end calling me the n word. Which i find incredibly offensive. I know riot looks to punish ppl who use racial slurs as such, so i was wondering if I could take further action against this player?
