{Item Idea} Comments and Votes needed

Hey, I was at work today thinking about League o.O and I thought about an Item that would give you support.... support. Comment and tell me what you think.

Item Name: IDK!

Consist of + + 1000g Total= 2950g

Stats:

50 Armor, 50 Magic Resist, 300 Health, 100% Based Health Regen

Passive: (Name)

Increases healing received from Allies other than yourself by (x)%.

or

Healing spells from other Allies other than yourself also heal your for (x)% of your maximum health.

or

Increases the potency of damage shields by 50%

Why: I just thought of this item on a whim actually. I noticed most DPS or Damage dealers pick up about 3 core DMG items to really get there plays going. Sometimes you see the pick up an Omens, sometimes an Spirit Visage... and a lot of times you see them end the build off with an Guardian Angel. My goal was to make an item that could be somewhat of a staple to damage dealers as they get near the end of their build. Or you may even see this on a Tank. It's just a idea I had though so of course the numbers aren't specific...
