Can someone help me find this "how to carry solo queue" guide?

I haven't had any luck finding it and I thought you guys might have stumbled onto it.

It basically talks about being the "top dog" and having correct mentality before a game. I remembered the post was somewhat troll-ish but informative overall.

Once of the "top dog" tips was to say in all chat at the beginning of the game: "HELLO LADIES AND GENTLEMEN I AM DOG AND TODAY I'LL BE PUTTING YOU IN THE TRASH!"
