League Promo and Champion Videos

All the videos the Riot posts are amazing, such as the video for "Warriors" and the champion promo videos like Jinx's and more recently, the Amumu video. What software, particularly animation, do they use for these videos? I have an interest in this area and I'm just wondering what they use.
