I Created the BIGGEST Thread of the ENTIRE Forum, But Riot Wont Comment :(

Why is it that Riot is so quick to respond to absolutely irrelevant threads, but when some one actually creates a thread about something of great concern or calls them out on something they did wrong, they remain completely silent?
