Low Priority Queue

Hi, decently aged veteran here, been playing since season 2. I would like to know why your "leave buster" is so damn inconsiderate of literally everything. If you were able to check back on ALL of my games that i have played, you would probably see about 20 leaves TOTAL, and that is probably pushing it. In the past couple of months i think i racked up 3 - 5 of those, every single one with a good reason. Most of the time its a dc because your servers are so randomly unstable and my most recent one is because i had to go see my Grandma in the emergency room. Now i understand that theres gotta be some kind of repercussion for abandoning a game because trust me i get pissed sometimes when it happens to me, at the end of the day it is just a game though. I now have to wait 20 minutes for 5 games just to even QUEUE and god forbid i miss that queue because it decides not to pop up(that bug does happen quite a lot.) then i have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes. Simply put, i am not waiting 20 minutes to play a game that already takes too long to finish. If you don't remove it from my account then i will not be playing anymore.
