The Summoners Code

I wish riot would do more to incorporate the summoner's code into our everyday gaming. I'll admit i'm no model league of legends player in terms of behavior, I've been known to have some chat restrictions on me before. However, in times of rage I find myself going back to this. I have it bookmarked in my browser and if i had a bad game I read over some of the ideas it presents. Number 2: Drive constructive feedback. This is one of my favorites, because I've played so many games where an ally was playing a familiar champion to me, and I saw things he could've been improving on, and so many times people don't take my advice and see me as flaming or calling them bad. One point that stands out to me more than the rest is number 7: Be resolute, not Indignant: "It is easier to find men who are willing to die, then to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience." - Julius Caesar. This idea revolves around the concept of treating others the way you would like to be treated. No one in the history of league is going to win every match, never have a bad game, and never going to rage. When I see people raging at their own teammates, or the enemy team calling someone bad cause they die a lot or whatever the reason, It hurts. Shame on them, Like they have never had a bad game before. WE AS A COMMUNITY CREATE THESE MONSTERS!!!!! They are products of their environment, playing game after game with negative players. Association breads assimilation. I recommend a feature in game to pull up the summoner's code, for referencing and a reminder. When someone is harrasing a player ping them with number 7 let them know what they are doing is not acceptable. I only wish to improve the community in which we all are apart of. I love this game and I would hate to leave it cause of a community full of negativity.
