Open The Vault!!!

Hi Riot and fellow gamers,

I have a request for Riot that I feel many of us could agree upon. All I ask is that Riot re-opens the Vault for a little while for us to nab some of the Legacy skins we've all been wanting for quite a while. I feel it disadvantages those who just found out about the game because now they are reduced to purchasing chests in hopes of getting the Legacy skin their heart desires. Also, people who couldn't afford the RP then might be able to afford them now. Personally, I would nab the Miss Fortune skins once available. (Road Warrior / Secret Agent)

All I ask is that they re-open the vault for a minimum of a week or two with at least 40 - 50 of the previously retired Legacy skins.

Edit: I know that they are sometimes available in bundles, but some people cannot afford 4000 - 5000 RP for a bundle pack.

Edit #2: Also, Riot could make chests cost IP nowadays. Probably 6300 IP?
